In electric motor construction, slot closures are used to close the slots in the rotor or stator after the winding process. They are therefore also known as slot caps. A wide variety of geometries can be realized in terms of back and side length. They are very dimensionally stable and are therefore ideal as slot covers.

To make it easier to insert the slot closures in the wound stack, we can produce beveled slot closures on one or both sides.

We can supply you with standardized meters in thermal classes B, F and H that you can cut to length yourself. In addition, we offer cover slides according to drawings in special dimensions, geometries and tight manufacturing tolerances according to customer specifications. These are formed using our own tools and cut to length without violating the required profile.
