Phase separator
Phase insulations are insulating parts that are punched from flexible insulating materials. They usually have rounded outer geometries. Phase insulators are used at the winding head to insulate the individual phases of the windings from each other. The motors are then encapsulated, which is why materials that can absorb as much impregnating resin as possible are suitable for the use of phase insulators.
For modern production lines for electric motors, for example in electromobility⇱, phase separators from Hauler & Hermann can also be supplied in magazines.
