We punch and bend insulation parts to size on our efficient eccentric presses. When manufacturing these insulation parts, we can draw on many years of experience with steel strip tools as well as precision solid steel tools manufactured in-house.

Thanks to our in-house toolmaking department and the associated expertise in the manufacture of punching tools and devices, there are no limits to the variety of punched and bent parts we can produce. Hauler & Hermann take care of the CAD design, the manufacture of the tools and the actual production of the insulating parts for you.

Our product portfolio includes large-format punched parts measuring 1,000 x 2,000 mm as well as small, intricate insulating parts.

The application of adhesive tapes or the die-cutting of fully adhesive materials can be realized in our own machine park. Adhesive die-cut parts are already being used in various industries today.⇱
